Nhlapo Agricultural Solutions is a family-run poultry enterprise based in Midvaal, founded with a clear mission: to deliver fresh, high-quality protein while empowering our local community through sustainable agriculture.

What began as a vision to address a supply gap in the district has grown into a structured, biosecure operation with the capacity to house 5,000 birds. While currently operating at 2,000 birds, our model is designed for scalability, efficiency, and long-term profitability. This built-in flexibility allows us to respond swiftly to market demands while maintaining consistent production standards.

Our operations align with the strict guidelines of the South African Poultry Association, ensuring animal welfare, food safety, and quality control remain at the forefront of everything we do.

Innovation drives our growth. We are actively exploring automated feeding systems and climate control technologies to optimize bird health, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. These advancements support our three-year strategy to expand our infrastructure toward a 20,000-bird capacity — positioning us as a significant commercial contributor within South Africa’s poultry industry.

Beyond infrastructure and production targets, our purpose is deeply community-focused. We currently employ local community members and provide hands-on training in professional poultry farming. As we scale, so will employment opportunities and skills development.
